The Recruitment and Organization Development Unit also known as "Unit Perjawatan dan Pembangunan Organisasi (UPPO)" in Malay is responsible for managing the human resources planning of the University through the recruitment and appointment processes of permanent and contractual staff. Additionally, UPPO also handles the staffing needs of the university, including the appointment and reappointment of contractual staff. UPPO is also responsible for preparing the University's Annual Manpower Budget (ABM) for Personnel.
