Personnel Well-being Unit
The Personnel Welfare Unit (Unit Kesejahteraan Personel - UkeP) is responsible for managing matters related to counseling services for staff to facilitate the smooth implementation of functions and activities across all units in BPSM.
The main functions of this unit include:
1. Providing individual and group counseling services as well as consultations to referred or in-need UNIMAS staff
2. Carries out counseling guidance and interventions
3. Administers and interprets psychological tests
4. Develops psychometric tests within BPSM, and coordinate the UNIMAS Mentoring Program.
