Emolument Unit

The Emoluments Unit is responsible for matters relating to payment, verification and review of salary, allowances and remuneration, termination and detention of emoluments, updating of personal data for the deduction of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and payment claims based on the related circulars as well as the preparation of the Operating Budget Estimation (Emoluments). 

The main functions of the Emoluments Unit are as follows: - 

  1. Preparation of Operating Budget Estimation (Emoluments) 
  2. Discontinuation, Termination & Detention of Staff Emoluments  
  3. Manage Application for Allowance / Payment / Emoluments Related Claims Based on the Related Circulars 
  4. Manage Payment, Verification & Review Related to Salary, Allowances, and Remuneration 
  5. HCM System Updates, Revisions, & Monitoring 
  6. Updating EPF Data Update, SOCSO & Income Tax Data
